Who is Sharon Booker?
I am the founder of S. D. Booker International, LLC. I have a Engineering and Business background which allows me to bring a fresh perspective and strategic blend of automation strategy, process and project solutions to help my clients grow their business.
Do you only work with Coaching professionals?
No. I love helping others grow their business, and I’m happy to help out small business owners, coaches, authors and anyone else who feels I understand their needs and can help them succeed.
Will I only be dealing with you if I choose to work with you?
Yes. You and I will work closely together to develop a Technology plan and strategy to grow your business and I will make sure your needs are being taken care of at all times. If we need to bring other contractors in to assist with your account, you can rest assured I am overseeing every aspect of the work they perform.[/text_block]
How do you manage to keep my tasks at the top of the list when you work with many different clients?
We use a project management software which schedules the work as it comes in. By utilizing our project management program we are able to keep on top of many different projects and tasks at once and always know when your work will be completed.
How do I pay for my services?
We accept credit card or paypal payments.
When is payment due?
Once we agree to work together, a non-refundable deposit for the first month is required at that time. This allows us to start allocating resources to your account. Once the agreement is signed and before we start working together the balance of the first month’s fee is due. All future payments are due at the beginning of the month.
Am I required to enter into a contract or agreement?
We offer contracts/agreements for one-time projects and monthly retainer contracts for 6 or 12 months.[/text_block]
